Heroes

Though still mortal, heroes were the epitome of their classes. After having reached the pinnacle of mortal life (Grandmaster), each hero was been gifted with special insights and the recognition of all in the realms.

The inital heroes were chosen by the gods. Anyone wishing to achieve this status thereafter had to reach the zenith of his (or her) profession, and then challenge and defeat the current hero as well as receive the favor of the gods.

Sorceror -- Calabash, Draxius, Tzeech, Damacon, Kijam, Kirin Tor
Warlock -- No warlocks walked the realms in prominence to be known as Heroes of the Realms.
Necromancer -- Darken Aeges, Reghradk Chillweaver

Much time has passed since these days of old and the stories of their accomplishments have begun to fade. But in some inns across the realms on quiet nights where a bard has run out of more popular stories, you might just hear some of them.
