Pestering works, thats how Taslamar won the newb area.
A few things that helped to make this area as good as it is was the suggestions I often read in the forums and things that were often complained about or logged with the idea command. Knowing the wants and needs of the player base helps us to help you. I attempted my best to address everything suggested without cluttering or spamming the area.
