MR has its place and simply because you people are incapable of understanding how to use it to your benefit doesnt mean it should be taken out of the game.
This idea gives people the option to chose but it also slows them down if they are picky. It does not improve the chances of not blowing things up. It places you in a high risk travel area while you are using your ME not on protection. This is far from making enchant armor simple but it would take away from some of the frustrations of enchanting armor.
Do not forget some armor has already been enchanted to some peoples requests (sacred gear). The idea is to remove some of the frustration of enchanting while adding another risk. Some people would still rather enchant in HQs for safety or Inns for speed, these areas would be for accuracy but like inns have extra risk.
