Actually, I believe taunt is aggressive now. Which means taunting counts as YOU committing the crime. I'm fairly sure I tested that with Takeshi. What IS possible, however, is trubunal member attacking innocent person - innocent person does ANYTHING OTHER THAN RUN AWAY = crime stacked against innocent person. The moment the person uses a skill like dirt, trip, or bash, that's a crime. So yes, this is abusable. And no, I don't like it.

I for one am for it. These issues with the law have always been there they need to be looked at in turn. This idea is just giving a PC the chance to do what any law NPC will do against a stunned victim. Rather than forcing the PC to run and get a law NPC they want to be law NPCs themselves because they are a member of the tribunal.
