I like it as well, but not the initial wording.

'Someone is size large and in excellent condition' looks sort of egh to me.

maybe as Grakus suggested: 'X is taller then you and in excellent condition'

Someone being taller than you doesn't explain much if your a sprite. Don't say, "they're size large" obviously, but instead something like,
"Overall, XXX is rather large and in excellent condition." Or, quite gigantic, rather small, fairly average, very tiny.

Meh. I'm torn. I guess it makes rational sense that 'glance' would at least provide information about a NPC's size *relative to yourself* [as in JustVisiting's last comment here]. On the other hand, my gut reaction to the initial suggestion was more like "YE GODS, PEOPLE, JUST TAKE A FEW EXTRA SECONDS TO READ THE NPC'S 'LOOK' DESCRIPTION!"

*ponder*

If I'm right about size affecting damage etc, then it would actually be useful PK information, especially when fighting Hellions.

This applies to players affected by enlarge as well.

Good point. You are quite correct in that my objection is invalidated by PCs who are enlarged/shrunk and whose full descs still reflect their original size.

Perhaps just place the size before the adjective

You are looking at a [SIZE] [ADJECTIVE] [GENDER(if any)] [RACE]

You are looking at a large burly male centaur
