Given the breadth of what he does, sometimes you have to ask Zyshain twice. The same is true of Algorab, and the reason is the vast quantity of stuff they have to get done. I think its fair to say that between flags, forum access, and responding to random prayers and bug logs, he "gets something done" for me about once a week.

I didnt explain it all before to save the bitching but. I had mailed both Alshain and Algorab at least 2 or 3 times. I had Rped with Baldazor when he was still active and he wanted me to have the second leader flag. I prayed ICly about it too many times.

So, tell me something else I should have done?

As for not deserving, I've had HF before, and I felt that char was far better RPed that the other one.
But perhaps it was just bias since i was having more fun on that one too.

Although I even asked them in the mail to tell me if they wouldnt bother with me so I wouldnt bother with it anymore and I didnt get any responses from anyone any of the times I've mailed them.

Algorab is a good imm, I'm surprised she didn't get back to you.

Happened enough times in the past to me as well. I know they are all busy and stuff but... guess what.

I still have your PM in my inbox from May 12th. In hindsight, I probably would have recommended you for the HF flag for Algorab, given your ideas and the information in your message. However my forum inbox is now almost totally dedicated to adding folks to the private forums for their religions, cabals etc. Important issues should always be emailed to me (use WIZLIST in-game for the address).

The need to solve your (josephmaximus3/Aelan's) issue and to co-ordinate similar resolutions across other religions is why I created this thread in the first place - as a prevention as well as a cure. Having own! use it to poke at me is just an added bonus.

That's rather accurate. I ignore my forum inbox for the majority of the week and try to knock off all the membership changes in one hit; managing forum memberships isn't rocket science, but there can be quite a few to do each day.



As stated elsewhere, Algorab's duties are on my (and others') shoulders for a little while. What little time she has available, I believe, shouldn't be spent on mundane duties that others can cover. The leadership of her faith is important to her and it is being dealt with.



We are getting more imms, as time and quality allows. But we also need to keep them. There is a high attrition rate in the pantheon. It's a thankless job that, strangely, I seem to enjoy.
