Shattered Kingdoms

Alright, this is now the second char that this thing has been bothering me.
Normally with my 20 int I can rest just fine, only time spells drop is when I sleep with armor, sanc and protection up, that is exactly what was up here, however here, I am not sleeping. I'm not exactly sure why this happened, but this happened with my hellion sometimes after keeping up intimidation on a few creatures and killing them.
