I have a character leveled to grandmaster. I was able to request these certain items before, now I am getting the cannot handle the responsibility message. I can locate the items and the items are worth 450 and 500 silver. |

What's your charisma? That plays a role in it. I've had people toss on a few CHA mods and then be able to order trib NPCs, domesticate wild animals, request lewt, and other things they previously couldn't do. |

You ability to request is also based off of your charisma. Were you wearing a +cha item before? |
