He is not, there is another one better(and higher lvl
) but that other one lost the charm flag also.
This change happened months ago actually.

Ok I even gated to his [REDACTED] and Kourach is no longer able to be charmmed, why? He is like the best hellion NPC in the game. |

I wasn't playing a sorc months ago to notice, why? Why take away those NPCs from a sorc arsenal, I am not supposed to [REDACTED] about all my utility and skill I am supposed to tap into yet you cut my feet off when I try to nab anything outsied a fighters or healer. Damn cheese heads. |

Mostly, but not completely true because of the lack of cold-iron backstabbing weapons. |

There are quite a few backstabbing cold iron weapons, including some pigstickers and some are stone skin breakers too. Some are even store bought.

This sucks, and is apparently a rather recent change. Just like 3~ months or so ago, I used to charm Kourach and Fendrich and have them cleave people. |
