Someone is having difficulty and cannot respec off redeem, is broke? |

Make sure they're 'spendable' LT's? Earned on a different character? |

they have them available, but when they use the syntax it just keeps repeating for them to select a subtype. Like they will try 'Redeem Respec Longsword' and it will ask them to select a subtype of weapon. |

Don't you need to select which weapon you are dropping, then which weapon you want for the new spec? |

Use "redeem unspecialize longsword" |

Sorry, they have the syntax right and I am asking for someone else. I wasnt on the the game when I posted this to get the right command prompt, but I spent a bit of time with them trying to figure it out. |

My advise would be to have that person seek assistance when they are online, or to email/pm Meissa, Sadr or Dabi. |
